RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 3^rd May 2022, it transferred to a participant in an   employee share scheme   696 Ordinary Shares at a price of £20.11 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 9,123,776   Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 765,016,562 .
