                        Annual General Meeting Statement



Graham Ashley, the Executive Chairman, will make the following statement at the
Annual General Meeting to be held later today:


'On 27 July 2006, the Independent Directors unanimously recommended the
acquisition of Crimson Tide Limited. The Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')
to approve the acquisition and the change of name to Crimson Tide plc ('Crimson
Tide') will take place on 21 August 2006. Assuming the acquisition is approved
by shareholders, it will offer a fresh start for A. Cohen and its shareholders.


Crimson Tide offers remote e-mail, CRM and mobile field sales and service
solutions on a subscription basis using handheld computers and smartphones to
businesses across the UK. The market for mobile e-mail access is expanding
rapidly with Palm forecasting a 10-fold increase in worldwide mobile e-mail
users by 2008 and Microsoft believe mobility is set to grow by over 30 percent
per annum to 2007.


Against this background, I am confident that Crimson Tide has both the
management and the opportunity to grow rapidly in this fast expanding market and
we look forward to updating shareholders on the progress at Crimson Tide
following the EGM.'
