On 8 July 2002 a purchase of 11,761 shares was reported for Mr Ritchie. Mr
Ritchie's Australian broker subsequently advised, on 29 May 2003, that this
trade was incorrectly reported to Mr Ritchie and was not effected. As a result,
the total holding reported in (15) above is 11,761 shares less than the previous
reported holding for this director, announced on 19 August 2002.
