                            Director's Shareholding





The Company has been informed by Royce Ritchie, a director of the Company, that
between 23rd and 31st December 2003 companies of which he is a beneficial owner
have increased their share holding in the Company.


The holding was increased by 386,266 fully paid ordinary shares at between 4p
and 5p at a total cost of GBP17,452. This represents 2.5% of the issued ordinary
capital of the Company.


Mr Ritchie is now beneficially interested in 824,505 fully paid ordinary shares
in the Company representing approximately 5.4% of the issued share capital of
the Company of 15,160,482 ordinary shares.


The shares will in conjunction with prior holdings of 438,239 ordinary shares
which Mr Ritchie is a beneficial holder and which were held by Midnight Bay
Holdings Pty Ltd will all be held by Lassiter Pty Ltd and Portsea Ltd companies
of which Mr Ritchie is the beneficial owner and controls.
