Re. Termination of Discussions



On 18 June 2003 the Company announced that it had received a conditional
preliminary approach from an existing shareholder which might or might not lead
to an offer for the balance of the shares in the Company not already held by
that shareholder (the 'Potential Offer'). Discussions with the shareholder in
respect of the Potential Offer have now ceased. The Company is not in
discussions with any other party concerning an offer for the Company.
