3. Documents sent to shareholders

 

The Croda International Plc Interim Report 2006 was sent to shareholders on 3
August 2006 and also filed with the UKLA Document Viewing Facility on the same
date.

 

A Circular containing information on the proposed acquisition of Uniqema from
ICI was posted to shareholders on 10 August 2006. Copies of this Circular were
also submitted to the UKLA Document Viewing Facility on the same date.

 

The Croda International Plc Annual Report 2006, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form
were sent to shareholders on 22 March 2007 and filed with the UKLA Document
Viewing Facility on 27 March 2007. They are also available on the Company's
website or on application to the Company Secretary.

 

4. Documents sent to the UK Listing Authority

 

A Prospectus for the proposed Admission to the Official List of the Financial
Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange of the Ordinary
Shares and the Listed Preference Shares of Croda International Plc following the
proposed acquisition of Uniqema was published on 31 August 2006.  Copies of this
Prospectus were submitted to the UKLA Document Viewing Facility on the same
date.
