Completion of Sale of German Oleochemicals Business

On 10^th May 2010, Croda International Plc announced that it had agreed to sell its Emmerich Site and associated business in Germany to KLK Emmerich GmbH, a subsidiary of the KLK Group (Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad) for €60.5 million.

Croda today confirms that the sale has now completed.
