Croda announces that Abbey National AESOP Trustees Limited acquired on 10 March
2006, 7,639 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the Croda
International Plc Share Incentive Plan at a price of 482.75p per share. These
shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted
from their February pay. The directors and persons discharging managerial
responsibility, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following
interest in the shares:-
