Croda International Plc has been advised today that following a recent sale by
the fund managers acting on behalf of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme
that the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme now holds less that 3% of the
issued ordinary share capital of Croda International Plc. The shares are held
in the name of BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited A/C ESPBEB.
