There was an error in the announcement issued by Croda International Plc this
morning (RNS ref 0431Z issued at 10.01) regarding Notification of Major
Interests in Shares.  The actual number of shares registered in the name of
State Street Nominees should read 11,448,660 and not 1,448,660 as shown. The
remainder of the announcement is correct.
