Investment Bank.

Volume weighted average price per share:       372.7527p


Croda intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.


Following the purchase of these shares, Croda holds 3,712,589 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 132,556,255 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
