Croma Security Solutions Group plc
(LON: CSSG)
Contract wins with ODEON Cinemas and UK Land Plc
Following today's Final Results announcement, Croma Security Solutions Group plc ("CSSG" or the "Group"), the AIM listed total security services provider is pleased to announce two key contract wins and takes the opportunity to update shareholders on further developments.
The Group has secured a £250,000 contract by UK Land Plc to secure multiple sites in the north-east of the UK. The contract is based on the provision of high-grade security officers working alongside CSSG's range of enhanced integrated systems in order to secure a number of commercial office premises, which in turn can increase operational efficiency in a cost effective way. UK Land Plc represents another excellent example of why the enlarged Group was formed, enabling clients to access a range of security services and systems through a single and vertically integrated provider.
The Group is also pleased to announce that, following a competitive pitch process, it has secured a 3 year nationwide contract to install and maintain CCTV and fire systems across the ODEON Cinemas estate, in excess of 100 sites. The initial value of the contract is worth a minimum of £70,000. This contract win follows the Group's June contract win with ODEON Cinemas for the design, supply and integration of the security systems for two new build cinemas - the ODEON Dorchester and ODEON Llanelli - contributing circa £100,000 initially with on-going maintenance arrangements thereafter. Through exhibiting a clear understanding and appreciation of ODEON Cinemas' operation and operational requirements, CSSG has formed a solid partnership with ODEON and is looking forward to progressing this strategic partnership. Additional CSSG offerings under consideration by ODEON are integration of the Company's patented FastVein® biometric identity system on the next large new build cinema project, and utilisation of our key holding and first response intruder alarm operatives for new and existing cinemas.
FastVein®, deployed at London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, has now been utilised in a number of situations both geographically and operationally, and has gained extraordinary recognition for its efficiency, speed and ease of use. The marketing campaign for FastVein® has opened up a number of compelling prospects both on a national and international basis.
The latest contracts mark a new era for the newly enlarged security services specialist. The Company now looks to continue to grow its individual brands, services and applications through its vertically integrated structure. CSSG has spread its geographical capability throughout the UK for all security operations and is now offering integrated systems capability to international clients.
The founding aim of the newly enlarged group was to create a total security services boutique and this is finding traction in a wider market that will deliver value to shareholders. The Company looks forward to the outlook and future of the new group and looks forward to updating shareholders on progress accordingly.
