Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG),   (the "Company") today announces that Andrew Nicholas Hewson, a non-executive director of the Company, has transferred 28,000 shares from his personal holding into his SIPP.   The shares were transferred at a price of 81p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Hewson continues to have a beneficial interest in 203,565 ordinary shares, representing 1.37% of the Company's issued share capital.
