Re-admission of the Group's shares to trading on AIM

The Directors of Croma are pleased to announce that, following the passing of the special resolution at yesterday's General Meeting, the acquisition of CSS Total Security Limited, CSS Locksmiths Limited and Alarm Bell Company Limited and the associated placing raising £5 million has been completed. The Group's shares have today been readmitted to trading on AIM. In aggregate, 14,502,532 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each have been admitted to trading on AIM today.

The Group's TIDM is "CSSG" and its ISIN code is GB00B5MJV178.
