                                 Block Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of
123,062 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), which is
the maximum number that could be issued under the terms of the Company's
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme in the six months from the date of this
announcement.

It is anticipated that admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become
effective on 7 February 2007.
