The Company announces that it was notified on 15 December 2015 that Robert Maddock, the husband of Isabelle Maddock, a Director of the Company, sold 1,350 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 622.0p per Share.

As a result, Isabelle Maddock's beneficial interest in the Company is 9,071 Shares, which represents 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
