Director's Shareholdings

The Company announces that it received notification on 4 January 2008 that on 
that day Mark Cropper a Non-Executive Director purchased a total of 15,000 
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company as at the following prices:

               4,350 @ 238.90 pence per share
               4,650 @ 238.40 pence per share
               6,000 @ 239.40 pence per share

Following this notification Mr M Cropper has an interest in 937,189 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 11.1% of the total issued share capital of
the Company.
