Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 16 December 2008, Alun Lewis, Chief Executive and Managing Director, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 71 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Alun Lewis has a beneficial interest in the Company of 37,761 Ordinary Shares representing 0.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
