The Company was notified on 20^th May 2010 that on 19^th May 2010 Mr Philip Alexander Cropper sold 11,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company.

As a result of this transaction Mr Philip Cropper and his connected parties have a notifiable non-beneficial interest in 267,150 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
