Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on the 5 February 2009 of the following transactions relating to directors:

On 5 February 2009, Mrs Helen Herring, wife of Peter Herring, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 58,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), of which 2,500 were bought at a price of 85p per share and 55,500 were bought at a price of 84p per share.

As a result of this transaction Peter Herring and his connected parties have a notifiable interest in the Company of 219,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Also, on 5 February 2009, Patrick Willink, Operations Director, became a non-beneficial Trustee in 41,350 Ordinary Shares relating to a family trust for no consideration.

As a result of this transaction Patrick Willink and his connected parties have a notifiable interest in the Company of 84,115 Ordinary Shares representing 1.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.
