The Company was today notified that on 19 July 2013, Mr P.J.Willink's interest in the Company was reduced by the disposal of 3,500 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of £2.43 per share.

As a result of the transactions Mr P.J.Willink's beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company are:
