Directors Interests

 

The Company announces that it was notified by M.A.J. Cropper on 18 September  2015 of changes in his beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares"). These changes arise as follows:

 

M.A.J. Cropper, a Director of the Company, today bought 6,000 Shares at a price of 518p per Share, and is transferring these Shares to the Anthony Charles Cropper 1962 Settlement (the "Trust"), in which he has a beneficial interest. In addition, the Trust has today bought a further 4,000 Shares at 518p per Share.

 

The total 10,000 Shares were sold by members of the Cropper family who, together with M.A.J. Cropper, are deemed to be acting in concert and regarded by the Panel to be members of the concert party detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015 (the "Concert Party").

 

As a result, M.A.J. Cropper's interest in the Company is as follows:
