NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR")

The Company has been notified that Martin Thompson, a Director of the Company has today sold 1,100 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 982.0p per Share.

The Company has also been notified by Martin Thompson, that his wife, Emily Thompson, has today sold 1,100 Shares at a price of 976.0p per Share.

The Company further announces that Caroline Gibson, a PDMR of the Company, has today sold 1,100 Shares at a price of 976.0p per Share.
