The Company has today been notified that on 17 August 2017, Dr JS Bartholomew, the wife of David Wilks, a Director of the Company, sold 1,640 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1787.0p per Share.

As a result, David Wilk's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 1,640 Shares.
