Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 18 March 2013 that Mr J. A. Cropper's non-beneficial interest in the Company had been reduced by the transfer of 18,334 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company out of two family trusts in which he has a non-beneficial interest. The transfer of 5,834 shares from the first family trust occurred on 15 March 2013 and the transfer of 12,500 shares from the second family trust occurred on 18 March 2013.  The transfers were completed for no consideration.

As a result of the transactions Mr J. A. Cropper's beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company are:
