Appointment of James Sharp as a Non-Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of James Sharp as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2009. James replaces Peter Herring who retired from the Company on 29 July 2009.

Mr. Sharp, aged 42, is a Partner of Sirius Equity LLP which he co-founded in 2008 to make investments in the branded luxury goods and high-end retail sectors. As a Partner of Sirius Equity he sits on the Boards of LK Bennett and Jeckerson.  Prior to this he was a director of J. Henry Schroder & Co Ltd and has held senior roles with a number of private equity backed businesses including Jimmy Choo.

He will also act as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and be a Director of James Cropper EBT Ltd, which acts as trustee of an Employee Benefit Trust. 

No further details regarding James Sharp are required to be disclosed to comply with Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
