James Cropper plc (AIM: CRPR), a global market leader in advanced materials, luxury packaging and paper products, announces that James Gravestock, Managing Director for Technical Fibres and Future Energy, informed the Board on 23 November 2023 of his intention to stand down as a Director to pursue another opportunity outside the Company. James will remain with the Group for a period to enable a smooth transition and a process has been commenced to identify a successor.
