TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company announces that at the end of May 2007
the total number of issued shares in the Company was 8,472,368.


As the Company does not hold any treasury shares or other non voting shares the
total number of voting shares in issue is 8,472,368. This number can therefore
be used as the denominator for the purposes of calculating notifiable interests.
