CLARITY COMMERCE SOLUTIONS PLC
Acquisition of the Cyntergy helpdesk and implementation & training business.
Clarity Commerce Solutions plc announces that they have today acquired the
assets of two divisions of TFMCyntergy Ltd., at a cost of £500,000, financed by
Bank of Scotland funding.
This acquisition brings to the Clarity Group a range of contracts in the retail
and hospitality marketplaces. Cyntergy has a 36 strong helpdesk, providing 24
hour a day multi-lingual support as well as a substantial training and
implementation resource. This service company, with turnover running at over
£1,500,000 per annum, will allow for the extension of the helpdesk and training
services provided by other divisions within the group.
The rationale for this acquisition is to provide a greater depth of service
offering to Clarity customers, thereby supporting future product roll out. In
addition, the group intends to use this centralised support centre to enhance
the value of future acquisitions and new products.
Commenting on this acquisition, Graham York, Clarity's CEO said, 'This is a
strategic acquisition for Clarity which will provide a platform for growth as
well as further sales opportunities.'
