Result of AGM and Trading Update


Clarity Commerce Solutions plc (AIM: CCS) announces that at its Annual General
Meeting held earlier today all the resolutions were duly passed.


The Board stated:


'Current trading is in line with our expectations. The Group is also ahead of
last year's performance at this time. We are pleased with Matra's progress to
date. The Group is well positioned to achieve expectations for the full year.'
