Cancellation of trading

Further to the notice of cancellation issued on 15 December 2011, the board of Clarity reminds shareholders that the Clarity shares will be cancelled from AIM at 7.00 a.m. tomorrow. After cancellation, Clarity shareholders who have not already done so, can continue to accept the offer from Enigmatic Investments Limited, which remains open for acceptance, by signing and returning the form of acceptance which was dispatched to the address of registered holders together with the offer document.
