Change of Auditor
Clarity Commerce Solutions plc, a leading supplier of software solutions for the hospitality, retail, leisure and entertainment sectors today announces that following a competitive tender process for the selection of an audit firm, it has decided to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers to act as Auditor.
Accordingly, PricewaterhouseCoopers will first report on the Financial Statements in respect of the year ending 31 March 2011. The resignation letter received by the Company from Baker Tilly included a statutory statement confirming that there are no circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office as auditors that should be brought to the attention of members or creditors. The statutory statement is required under section 519(2) of the Companies Act 2006.
