Clarity Commerce Solutions Plc advises that following his move to Clarity's Atlanta, USA office to take up the role of Vice President Finance, Tom McDermott has relinquished his position as Company Secretary. Stephen Sadler, Clarity's Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to place on record its thanks to Tom for his contribution as Company Secretary and to wish him every success in his new role within the group.
