Confirmation of EGM Notice

Following recent press articles, the Board of Clarity confirms that, in line
with the EGM notice announcement released on 3 May 2007, the EGM will take place
as previously stated.

The EGM is scheduled to take place at 2.00 p.m. today, at Cyntergy Services
Limited, 33 Hanworth Road, Sunbury upon Thames, Middlesex TW16 5DA. The Company
will announce the results of the EGM as soon as practicable thereafter.
