26 April 2006 that Mr John O'Connell, Chairman of the Company, purchased 76,923
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at 65p per ordinary share on 26 April
2006. Following this transaction, Mr O'Connell's interest in the Company stands
at 189,423 shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the Company.
