Further to the announcement earlier this morning regarding the final
consideration due to the vendors of Romulus Enterprises Limited, Clarity
Commerce Solutions (the'Company') can confirm that on 22 May 2007, in accordance
with the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Graham York received 65,504 Ordinary
Shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').


Following this transaction, Mr York's interest in the Company stands at
3,623,343 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.3% of the total voting
rights of the Company.
