Board Change
Clarity Commerce Solutions (AIM: CCS, 'the Company') confirms the following
change to the Board, further to the announcement released on 26 June 2007.
Peter John Walker, Business Development Director, has resigned from the Board
with an effective date of 30 June 2007.
Peter has been with the Company for nine years and is leaving to pursue other
opportunities. During Peter's period of tenure with the Company he was
successful in driving forwards many aspects of the Group's development and
growth.
The Board would like to extend its thanks and appreciation to Peter for all his
work and wish him every success for the future.
