Clarity Commerce Solutions plc (the 'Company') announces that it was informed on
28 April 2006 that Mr Graham York, Chief Executive Officer of the Company,
purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at 69.5p per
ordinary share on 28 April 2006. Following this transaction, Mr York's interest
in the Company stands at 3,557,839 shares, representing approximately 18.4% of
the Company.
