    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting and Pre Results Statement Update


The Board announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held yesterday all
the resolutions were approved by shareholders.

The Board further announces that it believes the Group profit before taxation
and amortisation for the period ended 31 March 2003 will be in line with market
expectations.


The preliminary audited results for the year ended 31 March 2003 are expected to
be announced in early June and the Board will give an update on trading for the
current year at that time.
