In accordance with s.198 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, Groundlinks
Limited has today notified the Company that it has an interest in 1,343,331
ordinary shares representing 8.71 per cent. of the issued share capital.

Seraffina Holdings Limited also notified the Company today that it no longer has
a notifiable interest in the shares of the Company.
