Release of Preliminary Results 2007


Clarity Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 March 2007 will be released
on, or around, 31 August 2007.


Although later than previously indicated, the new Board, which was formed on 26
June 2007, has concluded that the Company would benefit from a period of
stability during which the Directors plan to consider the results in the light
of current and anticipated trading.  The Board's immediate focus is to formulate
and implement a revised strategy designed to add significant value to the
business.


Although short term revenue prospects have been affected by the publicity
surrounding the recent EGM, management is working hard to restore confidence and
a number of new opportunities are now beginning to present themselves.


The Company announced the appointment of Grant Thornton as Nominated Adviser on
29 June 2007, and expects to also announce the appointment of a new broker
shortly.
