                     Notification of Preliminary Results

Clarity Commerce Solutions plc a leading supplier of software management
solutions for the entertainment, ticketing, hospitality and leisure sectors,
will be publishing its Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 March 2005 on
Wednesday 6 July 2005.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 9.30 a.m. on that date at the
offices of College Hill Associates, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4.
