CLARITY TO PROVIDE SOFTWARE INFRASTRUCTURE TO

YO! SUSHI RESTAURANTS



Clarity Commerce Solutions plc, a leading supplier of software management
solutions for the leisure sector, has agreed with Yo! Sushi restaurants, to
supply and support Yo!'s restaurants in UK, Europe and the Middle East with a
comprehensive and integrated range of software products.



The integrated software package Clarity will supply Yo! enables the restaurant
group to manage its unique style of operation, both in restaurants and for
customers placing orders over the web. Based around Clarity Central Head Office
Software, the deal provides Yo! with tight management control over its products,
ordering, staff and finance, as well as with a set of leading web based
reporting tools.  Yo! has 19 restaurants across the world, employing over 500
people serving 4.5 million plates of sushi to 1 million customers annually.



Zoe Tindall, Financial Director at Yo! Sushi commented:
