Clarity Commerce Solutions plc
('Clarity' or the 'Company')
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Clarity announces that all the resolutions put to shareholders at
the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, 31 May 2007, were defeated.
Non-Executive Director Sir Colin Chandler, who chaired the meeting, stated:
'It is important now to focus on the fact that Clarity is a public company, and
it is a pity that the issues became personalised. In the interests of the
stakeholders of the Company - customers, all of our employees, suppliers,
partners and of course shareholders - Clarity needs a period of stability now.
We note the comments made by shareholders during this process and they will be
addressed as we take the Company forward.'
