Debenhams
Clarity has won a contract to supply Clarity Live to Debenhams for use in their personal shopping and health and beauty services. The solution will provide a centralised appointment diary in order to improve the personal shopping experience for customers and in-store personal shoppers. In doing so, it will enable appointments to be booked instantly online, over the phone or in store, thereby increasing the volume of appointments booked. The project will also deliver the ability to manage other in-store services including beauty treatments and wedding services.
Merlin Entertainments Group
Following the successful deployment of ClarityLive at Merlin's Gardaland amusement park, Merlin and Clarity are working together to agree the next phase of the rollout, targeting locations that will most benefit from Clarity's end to end solution.
Pret A Manger
The roll out of ClarityLive is well under way at Pret's 225 site estate, and is expected to be completed over the coming weeks, including their US restaurants. To date, some 71 restaurants have been installed.

This is a major contract win in the leisure market and will be for a period of three years. Lee Valley Regional Park's aim is to be a world-class visitor destination. It already runs award-winning sports and leisure venues and will own, fund and manage four London 2012 venues after the Games. We will be installing our new ClarityLive for leisure across their diverse facilities including the Lee Valley White Water Centre, Lee Valley VeloPark (both new Olympic venues), Lee Valley Ice Centre, Lee Valley Athletics Centre, visitor farms campsites and marinas.
