STATEMENT RE PRESS COMMENT



The Directors of Clarity Commerce Solutions plc ('Clarity') have been made aware
that Partech Inc., a company based in the United States of America ('USA'), has
announced on USA news services that it had established a 'Strategic Alliance'
with Clarity.



The Directors of Clarity consider this announcement to be misleading and Partech
Inc. are in the process of issuing a clarification statement.



Clarity confirms that it has established commercial terms with Partech Inc. for
the supply of goods in relation to one customer, which does not constitute any
form of strategic alliance.



Clarity hopes that the supply of products from Partech Inc. will lead to a
successful solution for Clarity's customer, which will lead to a longer trading
relationship with Partech Inc.
