Clarity Commerce Solutions plc
Statement
The Board of Clarity Commerce Solutions (AIM: CCS, 'the Company') notes the
requisition for an Extraordinary General Meeting, including criticism of its
senior management.
The Board believes the management changes proposed will damage shareholder value
by adversely impacting relationships with both existing and potential clients,
especially given the high level of customer interest reported in the trading
update of 2 April 2007.
The Board will vigorously defend this attempt to change the Company's management
team and remains confident of Clarity's prospects in the medium and longer term.
The Board will communicate further with shareholders in due course.
