Total Voting Rights

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 57,618,900 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights.
The figure of 57,618,900 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DRTs.
Issue of Ordinary Shares on 2 June 2021
As announced on 26 May 2021, as of 2 June 2021 the Company will have 58,042,630 Ordinary Shares in issue following the issue to the VCL vendors of 423,730 Ordinary Shares.
The figure of 58,042,630 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used, with effect from 2 June 2021, by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
