Blocklisting application

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a general block listing of 1,751,050 growth shares of 10p each ("Shares") to be used for general business purposes.  The Shares will trade on the London Stock Exchange and be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares may be issued under this facility, in whole or in part, for cash from time to time subject to guidelines laid down by the Board and at prices not less than the net asset value per share.

The Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing issued Growth shares.
