Cancellation of Share Premium Account

BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that the final hearing in the Court process to create a special reserve by way of cancelling the entire amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account is expected to be held on 26 April 2022 (the "Final Hearing"). Further details of the proposed cancellation of the share premium account are set out in the Company's Notice of its 2021 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice"). A copy of the Notice is available on the Company's website at www.bmomanagedportfolio.com.

The Company will announce the outcome of the Final Hearing on 26 April 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter.
